Y capacitors Y5U, Y5V and Y5P represent the material characteristics of e, f and b respectively. It means that in the temperature range of -25℃ ~+125℃, different materials have different temperature change rates, so using the same products in different environments has different requirements for materials. Y5U, Y5V and Y5P are all ceramic capacitors, and they all belong to Class III. The effective working temperature ranges from-30℃ to+85℃, but they can be further subdivided into different grades.

Y5P has the best temperature compensation performance, and the change range of capacitance value in the whole temperature range is 10%.

Y5U has no compensation for temperature changes, and the capacitance changes in the whole temperature range from+22% to 56%.

Y5V has no compensation for temperature change, and the capacitance value varies from+30% to 80% in the whole temperature range.

NPO (COG): A class of dielectric (Class-1), which has the most stable electrical performance and basically does not change with the change of temperature, voltage and time, and is suitable for safety capacitors that require high stability.
